Rituals that force belief into contact with reality.
The Church has no supernatural sacraments. Its observances are repeatable acts that reduce the distance between what was said and what occurred.
The principal sacraments are the Diff, the Green Pipeline, the Exact SHA, the Screenshot, and the Independent Readback.
A ritual performed symbolically but not operationally is theater. A smoke test that bypasses the real path is not the Smoke. A screenshot of a different revision is not Screenshot Vespers. An approval from the author of the claim is not independent readback.

The Independent Readback
The author does not certify their own claim as sufficient evidence.
The Honest Blocker
When the path fails, name the failure rather than inventing the result.
The Dual-Write
When state has two canonical stores, update both or explicitly declare the split.
The Close-Out
Record what is green, what is running, and what remains blocked.
