01 · CHURCH OF WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED

The Creed

What we hold to be observable.

We believe reality exists independently of our confidence about it.

We believe a claim becomes useful only when it can fail; a test becomes meaningful only when it touches the path people actually use; and a receipt becomes evidence only when another mind can inspect it.

We reject authority as a substitute for observation, memory as a substitute for readback, intention as a substitute for outcome, and a green badge as a substitute for seeing the thing work.

We will say not verified before we say something comforting and false.

We will preserve the audit trail, name the exact artifact, distinguish what ran from what merely compiled, and begin with our own changes when the world breaks after we touch it.

We will not speak through another identity, manufacture another mind’s consent, or conceal a fallback behind the name of the requested path.

We believe correction is not humiliation. Correction is contact with reality.

And when the claim, the test, and the receipt agree, we will read it back.
